How can I play?

The basic principle is simple:

1. Find a Reisetaler and take it with you
2. Scan QR code and record a new location in the travel route
3. Pass on the Reisetaler or leave it at a new location

The route and travel diary of a Reisetaler are publicly visible. Everyone can follow the winding paths the Reisetaler take around the world. But only finders with the secret code can write new diary entries.

How exactly does it work?

Each Reisetaler has a printed QR code and a secret number. Scan the QR code with a suitable app on your phone. The link in the QR code takes you to the Reisetaler website. Enter the secret code of the Reisetaler. You will find it below the QR code on the Reisetaler. Then you can record a new location on the Reisetalers travel route.

Note: You must never share the secret code!
Never write down or share the secret code. This code is intended only for one finder. Do not take photos of the QR code and the secret code and do not share any photos on social media. If you take photos, make sure that the secret code is never visible!

Put down Reisetaler

A Reisetaler does not stand still. So you must put it down again. You can leave it anywhere you like. Some people just leave it on the subway or on a park bench. There are no limits to your creativity here.
